MGM x Robb RR1HK Culinary Masters "Savor 700 Years of Silk Road Flavors"

MGM, in partnership with Robb Report Hong Kong and supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), successfully concluded the second edition of Asia's only MGM x RR1HK Culinary Masters event from June 28-30. Over 400 guests, 6 acclaimed chefs including Garima Arora, Chudaree "Tam" Debhakam, Marco Galtarossa, Sara Aqel, Florita Morais Alves, Yang Dengquan, and diners from 10 countries came together for an epic gastronomic odyssey themed "Savor 700 Years of Silk Road Flavors." 

Celebrating Macau's 25th anniversary as a SAR and China's 75th, the event explored the culinary significance of the historic Silk Road routes. The star-studded lineup of chefs from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East collaborated on an unforgettable 12-hands gala dinner, fusing their innovative cuisines with rich cultural traditions.
