Park Peninsula, a Brand New Comprehensive and Diversified Destination in Hong Kong

Park Peninsula is a visionary development project spearheaded by nine prominent property developers in Hong Kong including Chinachem Group, China Overseas, Empire Group Holdings, Far East Consortium, Henderson Land, K. Wah International, New World Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties, and Wheelock Properties to create a comprehensive waterfront destination in the heart of Hong Kong.

Situated on the former Kai Tak Airport runway, Park Peninsula aims to redefine urban living by seamlessly integrating diverse elements such as leisure, entertainment, sports, hotels, tourism, commercial spaces, and residential areas. The project is aligned with the government's "Energizing Kowloon East" initiative, which seeks to transform the district into a vibrant and dynamic hub.

Spanning approximately 450,000 square meters, Park Peninsula boasts an expansive green and recreational area, making it the largest of its kind in Hong Kong. This sprawling oasis will offer residents and visitors a respite from the bustling city, providing ample space for relaxation, leisure activities, and community engagement.

In collaboration with charity partner Po Leung Kuk, on 10 December 2022, Park Peninsula organized the "Park Peninsula Winter Wonder Adventure" charity harbour tour. Over 200 children and their families enjoyed a free cruise tour on the Harbour Cruise – Bauhinia, where they were treated to beautiful views of Victoria Harbour while learning about Hong Kong's history. Representatives from the Kai Tak Runway Development acted as festive angels, interacting with the children and distributing educational toys, creating a heartwarming and meaningful family day.
