Following the opening of Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai, the Artyzen Hospitality Group debuted its first hotel outside of Greater China in Singapore.

NEW BUND 31 (前滩31) marked the introduction of Shanghai's first integrated development project that combines a performing arts centre, retail spaces, office tower and hotel.
