GTEF & UNWTO signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for advancement of cooperation

Global Tourism Economy Forum (GTEF) and The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) co-held a press conference in Lisbon, Portugal on 21 Apr 2023. Witnessed by Macao SAR Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng, UNWTO Secretary-General Zurab Pololikashvili, and Global Tourism Economy Research Centre Chairman Pansy Ho signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the presence of over a hundred industry leaders from Portugal and Macau to kick off the advancement of cooperation between both parties to unveil the new chapters of global cooperation in tourism, economy, culture, and other fields in the post-pandemic era.

In celebration of a 10 year milestone of GTEF this year, leaders around the world will once again gather in Macau to discuss how to unlock the power of tourism for business and development. We look forward to seeing you in Macao on 21 - 23 Sep 2023!

Delegation of China Business Leaders Thailand Visit
