World Cities Branding Conference 2024

The 2024 World Cities Branding Conference, themed "City is Eternal Creation," concluded on 1 November at MGM COTAI, with Occasions delivering comprehensive services in event management, creative and design, event production, and media relations. The event brought together top representatives, government officials, and industry leaders from around the world to discuss city branding, cultural exchange, tourism, and sustainable urban development. 

Co-hosted by the Global Tourism Economy Research Centre and organized by Phoenix New Media Limited, the conference featured key insights from global experts, including Kim Won-soo, former UN Under-Secretary-General, and Pansy Ho, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. 

The event emphasized Macau's role as a cultural bridge and a hub for innovative tourism development, celebrating its 25th anniversary of returning to China. Highlights included the simultaneous unveiling of the “2024 Great Wall Award - Culture & Tourism Branding Award” in Hengqin, a prestigious recognition for outstanding contributions in cultural marketing.
